This “happiest time of your life” may also be the saddest, the angriest and the most irritable—and all in the same day! Just remember, these mood swings won’t last long. Your body may also be experiencing a lot of change as well.  Try to get plenty of rest and implement good habits to help with all the symptoms you can expect with pregnancy. 

Hopefully the crazy fatigue and morning sickness are left behind, and you can enjoy the Second Trimester. This is the time where your baby bump may start to show, have fun with this by documenting you belly’s growth in fun ways.

You are in the home stretch now! This is the time to start making final preparations for your little one. Your energy may be limited, but with the energy you have now is a good time to identify your baby’s pediatrician, finish decorating baby’s room and line out help for the weeks after delivery.
